Our Staff

All our staff of nurses and domiciliary carers are carefully selected and interviewed, and are experienced in providing home care services to individuals, such as the ill, disabled, those with impaired learning abilities, or other individuals for whom home care is imperative. This arrangement enables the client to remain at home whilst retaining a good quality of life. The service can also give a needed break and support to relatives who have to care for their sick or loved ones.

All our employees are carefully screened and undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and have their references and their training records carefully checked, before they can be assigned to work in the field.

Many of our carers have worked consistently with their clients over long periods of time, nurturing a trusting, bonding relationship with them. Often the clients express a clear preference for having only that carer assigned to them, and of course schedules permitting, we are very happy to oblige when this is requested.
